CarSol solar panel supporting structure
Our newest product, the CarSol carport is already available following a thorough development, plenty of statistical calculations and production optimisation. This structure which can also be equipped with solar panels cannot only be used as a carport but also as a car charging station either in a home environment or in the outdoor parking lots of firms, shops, plants or companies. The solar panel supporting structures can be installed with a fixed roof angle of inclination of 8°, which creates the right foundation to provide the energy necessary for charging electric vehicles. CarSol can be delivered with a charging pole on request.
Its assembly can be easily done manually with the help of wrenches of three different sizes on ground screw or concrete foundation, thus you can save time and manpower during the installation works.
In the case of a ground screw foundation there is no need for on-site concreting and the delivery and movement of heavy prefabricated concrete elements. Despite the light elements, the structure reliably withstands extreme weather conditions too, and all this is guaranteed by the analysis according to the specifications of Erocode standards.
In FLINS we put great emphasis on flexibility, expandability and unique solutions tailor-made to the customers’ needs. CarSol can also be ordered in any size in a width range of 2.75–5.4 meters besides the standard single or double design. It can be extended easily, so the structures can be placed side by side several times and they can be equipped with solar panels of any size thanks to the flexible ridgepole system. The supporting structure is basically not drip resistant, but it can also be ordered with a drip resistant roof design on request. As regards the appearance, the basic version of the CarSol solar panel carport is already available with an appearance painted according to the RAL colour chart specified by the customer too besides the hot-dip galvanised design.
All elements of the product are available from stock on hand. They are available packed in our logistical base in Dunaújváros and they can be moved with a forklift. We also undertake to deliver the ordered product to the given location on request.
We remind our potential customers that they should consult with the local building authority before the installation of the carports in all cases! Legislation does not clearly regulate the authorisation processes of such solar panel supporting structures yet.
The CarSol solar panel supporting structure has been designed for a 25-year service life. We offer a 3+12-year stability guarantee for our product.
