CONSOL RAIL ELEMENTS TO BE FIXED ON TRAPZOIDAL SHEET AND SANDWICH PANEL ROOFS FOR THE SUPPORT OF SOLAR PANELS
Our product called ConSol was developed for the reliable and efficient fixing of solar panels to be installed on the increasingly widespread trapezoidal and sandwich panel roofs. By consulting with the operators of the sector we surveyed, which were the areas where we needed to offer better solutions as compared to those already at the market, and we took this into consideration during the creation.
Accordingly, we created three different standard versions, and each of them comes in two types, with the following parameters:
- Basic versions
- Mounting rail 385-35 (length: 385mm, height: 35mm)
- Mounting rail 385-70 (length: 385mm, height: 70mm)
- Extended versions
- Mounting rail 725-35 (length: 725mm, height: 35mm)
- Mounting rail 725-70 (length: 725mm, height: 70mm)
- Elevated versions, to ensure an angle of inclination of +6° as compared to the roof incline
- Mounting rail 385-6 degrees-1 (length: 385mm, front leg, angle of inclination: 6°)
- Mounting rail 385-6 degrees-2 (length: 385mm, rear leg, angle of inclination: 6°)
Rails with a height of 35 and 70 mm can be ordered with a customized length of up to 1600 mm besides the above-mentioned versions available from stock!
ConSol rail elements can be installed extremely easily and quickly due to their simplicity. A small team can fix them safely without damaging the roof structure even with a minimum tool requirement.
