TOPSOL FLAT ROOF MOUNTED SOLAR PANEL SUPPORTING STRUCTURE
The TopSol specifically flat roof mounted solar panel supporting structure with a fixed angle of inclination of 10 degrees developed and produced by our company is made of hot-dip galvanised, U-profile sheet metal with a reduced material thickness, thus it is suitable for the safe and efficient support of solar panel modules of various sizes and designs.
It is a solar panel supporting structure consisting of only 8 basic elements, which can be assembled on-site in an extremely short time, with a minimum tool requirement and a limited staff. The optimal arrangement is helped by the fact that the supporting structures can be placed with a south-facing, or an east-west orientation with the same elements. Both options enable several arrangements of the solar panel modules and the support of the small 400-450W solar panel modules as well as the increasingly used large 500-700W modules according to the manufacturer’s specifications. In order to reduce on-site installation costs we preassemble construction components in our plant on request, we make installation and allocation plans available for the customer and we make a suggestion on weighting too. We help installations with a full engineering support.
Safety is guaranteed by the fact that the weighting of the supporting structures have been optimised for commercially available 40×40 cm concrete slabs. The stability against the effects of wind is ensured by concrete slabs with a thickness of 4, 6 and 10 cm, together with fixed load-bearing and integrated wind-deflecting elements. We apply rubber feet for normal soft coverings and load distributing sheet metal feet for gravelled roofs. TopSol can withstand extreme weather conditions, its stability is ensured by calculations based on unique numeric wind simulations.
The product is available for our customers on our premises in a light packaging movable with a forklift due to its low weight. We also undertake to deliver the product to the location of installation on request.
The TopSol solar panel supporting structure has been designed for a 25-year stable lifespan. We offer a 3+12-year conditional guarantee for our product in the case of a professional installation.
